Spa Etiquette

The SPA environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quietness and privacy of other clients. We request that you kindly refrain from using mobile phones and cameras or engaging in loud conversations while in the spa. It is recommended that you leave your valuables in your lockers or guest room safe or at home. Sunfit does not assume liabilities for any lost valuables.

HEALTH CONCERNS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment or use of the SPA.

RESERVATIONS

Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings. The SPA provides walk-in booking based on availability. To make a reservation, please contact the reception on 08096320300.

Our spa vouchers make a wonderful gift for any occasion. Please enquire at the reception for details and purchase of vouchers.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Please note that only individuals 16 years and above can receive treatment in the spa.

LATENESS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that your bookings can only be guaranteed when payments are made for the booking. For changes or cancellation, 24hours notice must be given; full charge will be imposed for any cancellation made less than 24hours prior to your treatment. Please keep in mind; arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied. We suggest arriving 45minutes prior to your treatment should you wish to use other facilities, otherwise please arrive 15minutes before your treatment starts.

SPA treatments are available from 8am – 11pm daily.
