         CLASS DESCRIPTION

          ZUMBA: Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

          SPINNING:  Tone up your hips, thighs and lower abs with our 45mins studio cycling class.

          DANCE AEROBICS: A full body workout that keeps you in shape and keeps your heart healthy.

          HARD-CORE & STRETCH: An abdominal workout with flexibility training to create a balance in your work out.

         CIRCUIT TRAINING: A combination of various activities for Mobility, Strength and Stamina

          STEP-UP & SCULPT: A high intensity work out with step boards and dumbbells that sculpts your entire body
